Which credit cards do you accept? – www.MyPanamaHat.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Paypal.

How can I modify my order? – Please be advised that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. Your hat is put into production and it is costly to stop the process.

When will my credit card be charged? – Your credit card will be charged upon completion and confirmation of your order online.

When will my order arrive? – When will my order arrive? ­ Our turn around time for our custom made hats is one business day plus the shipping time for UPS Ground( 4-5) business days. If it is a busy period, it may take a little longer. This is a custom hand made hat that is trimmed to order here in the United States. Be thankful it¹s not made in China!

What if an item I order is back-ordered or unavailable? – www.MyPanamaHat.com can’t always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you of the situation via email. Usually an item that is out of stock will be available shortly. We will notify you of the situation and the anticipated shipping date. If you are not satisfied and we can’t accommodate you with a comparable replacement or alternative shipping date, we will refund 100% of the order.

Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from www.mypanamahat.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to www.mypanamahat.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Shipping charges will only be refunded for a return if the return was our fault (wrong size or band color than stated on order).

Shipping Restrictions. – We ship with UPS only. Sorry no exceptions. We are subject to UPS standards, regulations, and delivery limitations. That means we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

How much will it cost to ship my order? – Within the continental United States, www.MyPanamaHat.com will charge $11.50 shipping for 1-3 hats, $16.50 shipping for 4 or more hats.

* Canadian Shoppers – Payment should be in U.S. dollars. We will ship your order via UPS Standard ground service. Ground shipping rates as listed above will be applied to your order. Our shipping rates do not include duties or taxes. Such duties and taxes may be due at the time of delivery and should be paid by you directly to UPS.

 

RETURN POLICY

What is your Return/Exchange policy?www.MyPanamaHat.com will accept returns with a shipping date within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise, in their original condition, and with the original tags. Returns must be sent back and packed in the original box it was shipped in. Hats are very fragile and often are damaged if not shipped properly. Save your box!

Shipping charges will only be refunded for a return if the return was our fault (wrong size or band color than stated on order). If the wrong hat was ordered by the buyer, he/she will pay for shipping both ways.

How to Make a Return: Please send all returns or exchanges, insured, along with a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return, in the original or comparable packaging to:

Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Please make sure when returning your package to use a trackable method. We cannot give you credit for a package that we have not received. Once the hat is shipped, all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 30 days for credit to appear on your statement.
